Hills Estate Group Pty Ltd – General Promotional Terms & Conditions

• Promotions are open to residents of Australia aged 18 years and over.

• To qualify, participants must meet the specific criteria outlined in the relevant promotional materials (e.g. flyer, website, email).

• Only new clients who have not previously listed or sold with Hills Estate Group Pty Ltd are eligible for some offers unless stated otherwise.

• Marketing rebate offers are only available to vendors who sign an exclusive sales agreement with an authorised agent of Hills Estate Group Pty Ltd during the promotional period.

• The rebate amount (e.g. $2,000) will be applied after the property is sold and settled, and only against paid marketing invoices associated with the listed property.

• The offer is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and applies to one property per vendor unless agreed otherwise.

• Promo codes (e.g. TC2000) must be mentioned at the time of initial enquiry or appraisal to be valid.

• Referrers must submit referrals in writing before the referred property is signed for sale with the Company.

• The referred client must enter into an exclusive sales agreement and the property must be successfully sold and settled.

• Referral rewards (e.g. a $2,000 Gift Card) will be issued after settlement and only if all terms are met.

• Only one referral reward can be issued per property.

• Self-referrals are not eligible.

• Promotions are subject to availability and may be amended, extended, suspended, or withdrawn at any time at the Company’s discretion.

• Participants are responsible for ensuring that any information provided is accurate and complete.

• Promotional offers may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers unless explicitly stated.

• Any marketing rebates or gift cards will be issued to the person or entity named in the original agreement or referral, not to third parties.

• All promotions comply with relevant laws and industry standards, including those outlined by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

• Hills Estate Group Pty Ltd is not responsible for any tax implications resulting from the receipt of promotional rewards.

• We reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant suspected of breaching these Terms or providing misleading information.
